What types of trips do you organise?
We specialise in luxury leisure FIT travel across Europe. Our itineraries are created for families, couples, honeymooners, and multi-generational groups, and we also arrange exclusive-use stays such as villas, private estates, or full hotel buyouts.
What kind of touring and experiences do you arrange?
Every itinerary is different, but we can arrange privately guided tours, small-group excursions, ticket-only access, or leave time for independent exploration. Many of our trips combine these elements to balance structure with flexibility.
What’s typically included in a trip?
Each journey is customised, but most will include accommodation, guided touring, transfers (including regional flights if relevant), entrance tickets, restaurant reservations, pre-arrival concierge touches, and of course your commission. We also provide on-trip support for your client, so they feel fully looked after while travelling.
Do you offer experience-only or à la carte services?
Our service is best suited to clients who want a fully managed experience, with every element expertly handled from beginning to end. By having complete control of an itinerary, we can ensure that the experience your clients receive throughout is seamless. We can be flexible though, so it is always worth getting in touch.
Which parts of Europe do you cover?
We cover the whole of Europe, from well-known favourites such as Italy and France to lesser-visited regions including the Baltics, Eastern Europe, and Scandinavia. Explore our destinations to learn more. If your client has a place in mind, it is always worth asking.
How quickly can you turn around a proposal?
Once all the initial questions have been answered, we aim to deliver a first draft within two working days, although more complex itineraries may take longer. We always confirm timelines on receipt of the enquiry and are happy to provide unlimited revisions until the itinerary feels right.
Do you only work with travel advisors?
Yes. True Europe operates exclusively B2B, partnering with trusted travel advisors to deliver tailor-made, high-end travel experiences across the continent.
Do you have a minimum spend?
As a general guide, a 7–10 night trip for two people typically starts from a minimum of $14,000–$18,000, depending on destination, season, and hotel category. We are always transparent about where budget meets value, and will advise if expectations need adjusting.
How does commission work?
All quotes are inclusive of your commission, with no need to add it on. We pay commission on the day your client returns, provided we have received your invoice. For loyal advisors we can offer nett rates on request.
Can you help if I don’t know the destination well?
Absolutely. We can share ideas, offer guidance, and help shape the brief in its early stages. We are happy to arrange a three-way call with you and your client, or simply connect with you first to talk through destination options. We can also provide private destination training for you and your team on request.
How do clients usually travel within Europe?
While private road transfers are most common, we also book trains, boats, self-drive options, domestic and regional flights, and helicopter transfers. The choice depends on what best suits the route, the destination, and your client’s preferred style of travel.
Can you help with group trips?
Yes. In addition to families and couples, we plan private trips for small groups of friends or colleagues, tailoring the itinerary to suit shared interests and dynamics. We can also arrange larger event-style journeys where the group travels together on the same itinerary. What we don’t do are scheduled group departures where individuals can buy into a trip – every journey we design is private and built from scratch.
